Project Overview
Wigan & Leigh College has enhanced its sustainability efforts by installing a 244 kWp solar panel system across three of its campuses. The college partnered with renewable energy experts, Shawton Energy, to implement this project. By generating clean electricity on-site, the college aims to reduce its carbon footprint and energy costs while serving as an educational resource for students studying renewable technologies.
