Lidl has embarked on an ambitious expansion plan to open hundreds of new stores across the UK by 2025. To reduce reliance on the grid, all new stores incorporate solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. Segen and Square 4 Solar have collaborated to install over 20,000 solar panels across these new Lidl supermarkets, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and efficient energy use.
