This consultation sets out the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities plans to make the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) consenting process.

Overall, Solar Energy UK felt the consultation put forward sensible recommendations to support a faster consenting process. However, greater detail was needed as to how the pre application fees had been determined.
