One of the UK’s fastest-growing solar wholesalers is providing free product training to support local installers.
HDM Solar, the Installer’s Wholesaler for renewable energy products, is launching their new Renewables Training Centres of Excellence. The purpose-built training centres will be located on-site at their branches, providing local training support to their customer base. As clean energy experts, they collaborate with leading manufacturers who will be delivering free training to installers on the latest products and industry innovations.
HDM Solar is the only wholesaler to provide these training facilities nationwide for their installer customers. It shows the commitment the company have to delivering the very best service to their customers, as they invest in the industry by supporting professionals to grow their skills and expand their portfolios.
The new facilities will enable installers to learn about a range of products and gain hands-on learning. The centres are complete with a commissioning space that allows their customers to practise installations with live products. The spaces also feature working systems from some of their platinum partners, as well as breakout spaces where delegates can interact with products and complete focused studies.
Training sessions will be delivered by the solar experts at HDM Solar and their suppliers, giving installers direct access to knowledge from the manufacturers themselves. By accessing these sessions, installers benefit from high-quality delivery for their continuous professional development. Through upskilling, they will be able to gain certifications, complete installations more efficiently, and provide their customers with a wider range of solar solutions.
Sessions have already kicked off, starting with GSE Intégration, delivering training on their portrait system and the brand-new landscape Evolution system, essential tools for house builders. On completion, participants will become GSE Intégration Trained Installers, building trust with customers and helping them to win more work. HDM Solar have scheduled upcoming technical and product training sessions with their partners, EcoFlow and Sungrow. These will provide installers with a comprehensive understanding of their product ranges and enable them to deliver the best value for their customers.
